Users subscribed to the newsletter regularly receive emails from the company with information about the company, properties, and related topics. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, allowing users to exercise their right to be forgotten. By clicking this link, the email address is permanently removed from the website’s database.
Users who have filled out one of the two contact forms have the right to be forgotten and can unsubscribe from emails offering property listings that match their search criteria. They can exercise this right by sending an email to the company.
Users who have filled out one of the two contact forms have the right to request the complete erasure of their personal data. The company will process requests submitted by email or via the general contact form as quickly as possible, unless a contract is in place between the user and the company (e.g., lease, sales mandate, rental mandate, property management mandate, co-ownership management mandate, purchase offer, reservation contract, preliminary sales agreement), or if the company has issued an invoice to the user following a paid service.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users who have provided personal data via one of the two contact forms have the right to request the portability of their personal data from the company.
This request can be made by email or via the general contact form available in the "Contact" section of the website.
The company is the data controller. Personal data collected via contact forms is stored with the sub-processors listed in Section 3 "Data Processors." This data is hosted within the European Union and is deleted upon legal expiration.
